"Last spring our furnace was not blowing air – We called Johnson Brothers, they came out and said that the blower was bad and found out that our heat exchanger was cracked. We bought a new furnace with the air conditioner and de-humidifier. Our son was coughing and stuffed up all the time, but now is just fine since we changed over. When the Johnson Brothers crew came to install the furnace, they were very polite and took off their shoes, covered the steps going down to the basement, they were very helpful in answering questions.
We were so impressed that we had the sales Rep come back and talk to us about our water softener and Iron eater. He checked it out and it was not working at all like it should have. We were having it re-bedded to the tune of $500.00 a year and it still was not good. We bought the Brass Master MB-100 and Brass Master Clear-500 and have never had such nice water. It is crystal clear. They told us that we would not have to have it cleaned every year – It uses way less salt than the other one. We learned a lot about the different salts to use, again very helpful happy nice people to work with.

"To Whom It May Concern; Larry asked me to share with you my experience with my HEPA filter. I ordered it before my first lung cancer surgery in hopes that it would help my breathing in recovery and after. It has more than satisfied my expectations. I am extremely allergic to Cottonwood and during that season I have no trouble at all if I stay in the house. The air is always breathable-even those days when the outside air is thick with smoke from the forest fires in the west as it has been this summer.
It has also been extremely helpful with normal dust and dirt. We live on a dirt road and cleaning was constant from the dust etc. stirred up by cars coming to the lake. My cleaning work is much less and I credit the HEPA filter. I have never endorsed a product before and would be reluctant to do so normally. But this has been such a value to me, I was glad to do so. "I first noticed your customer services years ago. I was unable to locate a part for an older shower anywhere in Cambridge. I was preparing to go back home when your Technician contacted me on my cell phone. He had gone back for a second search and was able to locate the part. I thought that was above and beyond normal service for such a small part but that was just the first.
Since then we've had your Technicians out here for service calls and installation of new equipment. Always the same prompt service, thorough explanations and top quality work. I even woke on of your men up at 6:00 AM on a Sunday and he was about as nice a guy as you're going to find.
This summer we had you install a new Amana air conditioner and furnace. I know my medical condition is a challenge to work around since every scent is toxic to my system. But your people doing an extra burn on the furnace at the shop, constructing the pipes outside and letting them dry thoroughly as well as taking precautions with the personal bath products etc. was a Home Run. I really appreciate your consideration in that area.
We absolutely love the Amana system. I like how the fan comes on slowly, the constant air circulation and the thermostat that I can understand. I used to have to make sure I wasn't in the laundry room when the furnace came on to avoid the smell of propane. Not only is this no longer a problem but I can't even hear when the new furnace fires up. Fantastic System!
We've got some other work we want done next summer so [we] will contact you then. You guys could really show some businesses what the whole concept of customer service is all about.

"After contacting several suppliers from the Mora and Twin City areas for both recommendations and bids, Johnson Bros were selected for the installation. “Steve” representing Johnson Bros visited our home to see exactly what was required and to evaluate the existing furnace and ductwork. Johnson Bros was the only firm to do so; the rest simply asked about the house dimensions without visiting prior to submitting their bid.
